Are you satisfied with your level of fitness? After an exhausting day at work, are you motivated to go out and play? Don't you think play makes you better at work?
I have many places to go and things to do on our current year long walkabout. Nothing is more important than getting fit. A lifetime career is destructive to my/your physical well being, but there is great news. You can really get younger next year!
A few years ago, a book of the same title by Chris Crowley was recommended to me & I immediately devoured it. There is another "companion" exercise book recently published that I also bought. It has some great daily warmup exercises. Highly recommend. Especially if you have some nagging back pain.
Speaking of annual letters, I anxiously wait for the Warren Buffet's annual letter which just came out this morning.
Both annual letters contain things to think about. But before I get to those, I need to go for a nice hike in the red rocks of Sedona. Tennis tomorrow. All while the Jimmy Buffet music plays.
How do you make room for moving while working? It's hard. Don't wait too long. Play along in the comments.
